It was a very good experience. Favourable location near all the old city center, affable staff, everything was amazing. Location: the hotel was just next door to shopping mall and Lulu hyper market. I checked out Masmak Fort, that was set just a short stroll away from the property...

Let me jus be fair and say that the pros are: Very kind, helpful, polite and respectful staff all taught there wasn’t so many, the rooms were clean the hotel being new made it probably easy, comfort and design is excellent (I took a suite for 4 and it was simply huge with 2 bedrooms and 2 living rooms), parking is available underground and in front and is private.
The pros said, the only thing that I will put in cons is the location, it is in the middle of a popular district (but you still have a mall nearby), it doesn’t really fir with the hotel standing.

Very larg room. Value for money. "Batha" where the hotel is is a very old district close to old downtown Riyadh. If you are after this area this hotel is the best place to stay. Liked the woodwork in the room.
Split AC ( not typical of five star hotels). Location is far from the new business area of Riyadh (e.g. Olaya) poor buffea breakfast. Slow checkin. Receptionists looked as if they were doing it for the first time.

I had a great time at Corp Inn Deira. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was big and cozy, and I had two TVs to keep me entertained. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious, and I enjoyed starting my day with a satisfying meal. Despite being located in a busy area, the hotel provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, allowing me to relax and unwind. The parking slots were convenient, and I appreciated the direct access to Makkah Mall and Lulu Hypermarket. I had a positive experience at Corp Inn Deira and would recommend it to others.

Big rooms, comfortable furnitures, friendly staff and reasonable prices
There was no any fitness facility. According to them there was a maintanence for 3 weeks. The hotel entrence is not good enough. You need to ride up a lift to arrive the reception. Sometimes it was too difficult to find somebody at the enterence.

The hotel is clean and the room (Grand Room, 60m2) is quite spacious, except for the bathroom. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The price is good. The location, although in a low-scale district, is near the city center and the ring road.
1. The room access cards rarely opened. In my two-night stay, I had to visit the reception three times to reprogram them. 2. Although the room is big, the bathroom doesn't have a bathtub. The strange thing is that the area designated for stand-up shower is enough to accommodate a small bathtub; however, a five-star hotel should have paid more attention to allocating more space to the bathroom so that it has a bathtub. 4. The front door has a barrier at which one has to stop and horn to the guard who sits inside to come out and raise it before one can park and enter the hotel (does not apply to parking in the basement.) This is sort of inconvenient. Moreover, the reception is located on the M floor. One has to take the elevator to talk to the receptionist. The reception desk at the front gate is almost useless and gives the impression that this is the entrance of a ordinary building not a hotel. 5. The air conditioners were not on in the hallways. 6. The door locks are too low and easy to open that my 2-year children were able to reach them, unlock the door, and go out during my sleep! There is no way to secure the door or prevent children from going out on their own except keeping an eye continuously on them! 7. Although tea and coffee are offered free of charge, water, which is needed to prepare them, is not! One has to buy it. 8. The open-buffet breakfast was poor in both quantity and variety, and of moderate quality.

The hotel had spacious and clean rooms with a sitting area. The staff were kind and the wifi connection was good. It was near to Lulu Hypermarket and taxis were easily available.
No major issue.

The staff, the large area of the room, the modern design, the clean comfort bed, lots of drawers,2 split A/C's, 2 desks, 2 TV's, (empty) fridge, Coffee/Tea making, safe, lots of mirrors. nice view, lots of electrical plugs, good and bright lighting. The breakfast was good, everything was there. I expect this hotel to be much better in future because it's now only in soft opening.
The location is relatively far. The area of the hotel is crowded. At rush hour the journey between the hotel and the airport will take 1 to 2 hours, and would cost you around 100 Saudi Riyal for the taxi. The hotel is new so there is no room service menu in the room, although they may copy it for at the reception. Also there is no telephone extensions guide, dial 1002 for room service, 1004 for the reception. The room cleaning was not good, I had to ask them to come and clean the room after 2 nights. The keypads to control the A/C was not working in the first night, they offered to change the room and fixed them next morning.

The hotel is set in a busy area, near Makkah mall and Lulu hypermarket. The grand king room included good facilities and soft drinks. The venue offered a wake-up service which I enjoyed.

Actually, the hotel looks like a family run hotel.Only 7 people working in this hotel. You need more than half an hour to get your loggage picked up. When I checked out they said we didn't find the troley to pick your loggage.Phone directory in the room is not correct. Restaurant is only a canteen.
